At Antcares, we aim to provide only genuine and original Norton Antivirus products. Since our products are digital software licenses, we follow the guidelines below:
1. No Physical Returns
All sales are for digital product keys and are delivered via email. As these are non-tangible goods, we do not accept returns.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product key has not been delivered within the promised time frame.
- The license key provided is invalid or non-functional and cannot be replaced.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- You have purchased the wrong product or plan.
- The license key has been activated successfully.
- Your device does not meet the minimum system requirements.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@antcares.online with your order ID and proof of purchase. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
